The Fear Master is the sharp end of a new breed of motivational advice developed by ex-Royal Marine Physical Training Instructor Andy Duncan.
Andy has developed The Fear Master programme to help people get over the ‘fears’ and blocks that stop them from moving forward in their lives. He has brought his own experience of getting through fear as a Royal Marine in combat and overcoming extreme training challenges through motivation and mental toughness together with proven techniques such as Time Line Therapy™, Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
