What does the process consist of?

An initial conversation with you to discuss your problem and what you want to achieve so we can make sure Personal Breakthrough is the appropriate course of action (if we don't think it is we'll tell you) and what you want to do is achievable.

A questionnaire will be sent for you to complete and return before you attend the personal Breakthrough day.

A day is booked out just for you at our office in Birmingham. The maximum time it takes is 9 hours.

The process involves finding out why you do what you do, how you do what you do and what has prevented you from moving on.

There are many techniques available to resolve the issue and they are selected based on your personality, your situation and what you want to achieve.

You construct a 'future action' sheet which will help you establish the new behaviours you want to put in place.

After the Personal Breakthrough finishes

On most occasions people don't feel the need to contact us again (except to tell us what they have achieved) but we offer telephone support at no extra cost to answer any questions that pop up once you leave.

Don't do Personal Breakthrough unless ...

  1. You really want to change. Many people enter therapy so they can pretend they are doing something about it or because they have a need to play the victim. To be frank if that is you then Personal Breakthrough is not for you.
  2. You are determined to put aside your fears and commit to do what is needed. For most people change was far easier and less painful than they thought it would be.
